As many of you know, I have recently relocated to the midwest to continue my teaching career.

I had hoped to continue to keep Fresh Focus Photography open and commute between both locations as needed. However, due to the cost incurred with these travel sessions, it is not effective unless I book multiple sessions at one time. Therefore, I will not be scheduling sessions in Southern California at this time. I will, however, still be traveling back regularly to visit family and friends, and would be happy to schedule a session while I am there, if you are able to be flexible with the dates and locations.

I am so fortunate to have had so many loyal and incredible clients. I truly cherish all of the friendships that have developed, and it has been a delight to get to know your families and children. Thank you again to all of my amazing clients and friends that have supported Fresh Focus over the past five years. It’s been so much fun seeing your children grow up, please keep in touch!

Sometimes it’s hard to believe that I get paid to do this!

I visited these adorable twins a few months ago for a photo shoot on their playground! It’s such a fun idea for a photo shoot and the images are adorable! These photos would be awesome with a big grouping of square canvases on a playroom wall or in a bold, colorful coffee table book!

Princess Grace

I met up with Princess Grace and her adorable brothers for a photo shoot in Balboa Park recently. I’ll share the photos of her brothers in a different post, but I think that this adorable princess deserves a blog post all to herself! The late afternoon light was gorgeous for capturing her beautiful dress and she had a blast twirling and spinning for her princess photos. I can’t wait to see these all framed and hung on the walls of her princess bedroom – with some ornate, girly frames, these photos are going to be such fun!

Little Lyla

Little miss Lyla is the baby sister of Logan and Caden, whom I photographed way back in March or 2006! Her sweet mom was certain that she was having yet another boy, so I’m so glad that instead Lyla made her debut 4 weeks early! She was a little peanut at less than six pounds and slept so well for me during the session. I can’t wait to see her again!

This is my second time photographing this adorable family – and they have a new baby brother this time! Our first session was at the old studio in Temecula, so I was thrilled when they chose a session at the new Fallbrook location. With all of the options between the natural light studio, orchard, and barn, their gallery was full of variety and lots of images to choose from. The girls’ of course had a lot of outfits to choose from, and their brilliant mom put a lot of thought into the colors and styles and how they would complement the scenery – I love how everything coordinates together perfectly!
